Been very busy....and we've moved...

Hi there! I have been out of touch for a while and have't posted in a while. We have been very busy. As everyone else, we've been getting ready for Christmas, but we also moved right before Christmas and are counting down to three weeks now before my due date. Whew! We are in Alabama right now at my parents for Christmas. We have had a wonderful one, and we hope that you all did too!! Merry Christmas to all and a happy New Year too!

Well, I don't think I have posted any as of yet. Here are some shots of the ever-growing belly at 32 weeks! Lauryn is so sweet to pat or kiss on my belly (although I have to remind her to be gentle)! I can't believe that I am already this far along :)

Gentry's Pumpkin Farm

On Saturday we took Lauryn to the Gentry's Pumpkin Farm in Franklin. We had a great time! They have lots for the kids to do and also have a "hayride."And, of course, tons of pumpkins to choose from!! http://www.gentryfarm.com/

The birthday party!

Lauryn's 2nd birthday party was last weekend and it was a great time! She loved it all and I know whe felt so special. I can't believe that she is two years old. Both mine and Ryan's side of the family were all there. She loved her Elmo party!

I especially loved her Elmo cupcakes! SOOOOO cute. If anyone out there needs any type of cake, cupcakes, petifores, etc., Cindy Ursery can do anything. And everything I have ever gotten from her has tasted absolutely wonderful!!

Lauryn is 2 year's old!

Lauryn's 2nd birthday was last Friday. I haven't posted about it yet, so I wanted to post a few pictures. I can't believe my baby is 2! She is the light of our lives and I am thankful to God for her each and every day! She is such a sweet and fun little girl. We are having a big family birthday for her coming soon, so we haven't really had a big party yet. Here are a few pictures on her actual birthday. Happy birthday to our little princess!

Mother's Day Out

Lauryn has started a one day a week mother's-day-out, or otherwise affectionately called "school" by Lauryn. She did great! She loves her backpack, or as she calls it her "pack-pack." She seemed to really enjoy it. No hug for mommy when I dropped her off, which left me tearing up. Not one tear from Lauryn though when I left. All I could think about is what a big girl she is getting and that I can not believe that she is two. I love her so much that I can hardly stand it sometimes. She is my heart.

It's a....

GIRL! We are having another girl! Everything is healthy and we are so excited! It will be so sweet for Lauryn to have a sister. The bottom scan is so funny to me b/c the technician typed on there, "girl stuff." Ha

A visit from the grandparents

My parents have been up for a long visit and we've had a great time!!! We also celebrated my mom's birthday while they were here. We sure will miss them and all the special attention Lauryn gets from her Yang-Yang and Granddad! We'll miss you and we love you!

Today Lauryn "graduated" from her swimming lessons. She did great; better than she's ever done before. They put her in on the last day with full clothes on: pants, shirt, jacket, socks and shoes. They want to make sure that if she fell in the water with full clothes on, she could do everything in the water that she's been practicing to "survive." The last picture is of Lauryn when she finished, all wet with a regular diaper on, full of water and heavy too!! We are so proud!

SO most of you now already that we are expecting our second child! I figured it was about time I posted about this exciting news in our lives. We are extremely excited and can't wait to have our family grow to a family of four! I am 12 weeks and heard the heartbeat yesterday. We are so thankful.
